This beginner 2 hour encaustic art class will explore the world of encaustic painting. You will learn how about the history of encaustic painting as well as the basic principles. Like how to layer and fuse the wax, scoring and mark making techniques, safe use of the encaustic tools. Each creator will work with 4-6 of their own small encaustic art pieces on art card. This is an adult class.
No artistic experience required
and all of the supplies are included.
I am an international encaustic sculptor now living in Beamsville, Ontario.
Classes will be held with safety in mind in my studio at 4996 King St, Beamsville ON
